"A lot of dessert places tend to have "synthetic" tasting cakes, but I'm happy to report Peaks doesn't have this issue. The fantastically friendly staff recommended the San Sebastian cake, and it was fantastic. So was the ice cream I decided I needed to have. Can't find a fault with this place apart from watch the step on your way in."

"My sister and myself visited on Saturday 1 march 2025. A lovely cafe, very clean and welcoming in a good location. The young chap who served us was very helpful and pleasant. I had latte and biscoff cheesecake. My sister had chocolate fudge cake and cappuccino. Both were absolutely delicious. A great choice of desserts and we struggled to choose. We will definitely be visiting again."

"Americano and pistachio crepe £10 I wandered in here out of curiosity and I was greeted with a warm welcome and a cosy seat. When my crepe arrived I was amazed; I would be hard pressed to get such a generous portion anywhere else. The crepe was warm and fluffy and covered with pistachio cream and chopped pistachios. The coffee was full of flavour. I will be a regular here."
